My Story

​Integrating multiple holistic healing modalities into my life has profoundly transformed my journey with working through trauma and C-PTSD. Among these practices, breathwork and the exploration of buried emotions through the emotion link have played pivotal roles in my healing.

Initially, I felt overwhelmed by the weight of my past experiences, which manifested in anxiety, nightmares, and physical tension. Traditional therapies provided some relief, but it wasn’t until I discovered breathwork that I began to unlock deeper layers of my emotional landscape. Through guided breathwork sessions, I learned to focus on my breath, allowing it to serve as a tool for grounding and self-awareness. Each inhale and exhale became a way to connect with my body, helping me release pent-up feelings I had long suppressed.

The emotion link approach further enriched my healing process. By understanding how emotions are stored in the body, I began to identify and address the underlying issues tied to my trauma. In breathwork sessions, as I breathed deeply and consciously, buried emotions surfaced—sadness, anger, and fear that I had avoided for years. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, I learned to embrace these emotions, recognizing them as key aspects of my healing journey.

Combining these modalities created a powerful synergy. Breathwork helped me regulate my nervous system, making it easier to confront difficult emotions. As I navigated through these feelings, I discovered that acknowledging and processing them was essential to my recovery. With each session, I felt lighter and more empowered.

Today, I am more in tune with my emotional state and better equipped to manage emotional symptoms. The holistic practices I have embraced have not only fostered healing but also instilled a sense of hope and resilience. This journey has taught me that healing is not just about moving past trauma; it’s about integrating those experiences to live a fuller, more authentic life.
